1. BANKING AWARENESS (RBI New-Moves 😛 ,Roles,Loads of schemes, NBFC,blah blah etc...everything)
2. BANKING PRODUCTS(How about Selling them? Any Idea?) + KOTLER (Concepts,Core-Definitions and some examples)
For Banking Awareness : We Need This --- I insist read everything, all-7-sections. It Covers All-most Everything [Original Source.+ its Brief ]
Now second : Read Kotler(main chapters n definitions) + Write down B.products (refer PNB or SBI website) and Make action plans for increasing their sales(Locally). [For a start You can read @sumit247 and others' answers and later frame your own]
