is there any advantage of giving mhcet for outside mh candidate. Really confused with process. What I know in CAP process if candidate is outofMH then he can participate without CET score/attempt. Additionally if he has CET score, can submit cet score in CAP along with other scores. Is there any kind of seat restriction based on exam (cat/cet) for outsideMH candidate.
