I am an oldie (38 ) with about 20 years of IT and management experience. I currently work as a Senior Manager in the UK. I have a BCom degree from the old days (1991).

I was thinking if I can use my 20 years of work experience and perhaps some courses to go towards an MBA degree. Due to work and family requirements, unfortunately, I cannot attend a full-time or a long-term part-time Uni to get a regular MBA. Is there a Uni that will consider my experience and perhaps I can take some additional (online/distance?)courses to qualify for MBA? I am looking for only accredited universities.

I have no visa requirements for the UK or US.
