If surprises are made public prior to the event, how come they remain as a surprise?

It seems to me with the new Website, Paramount interest in the DU courses, excellent employment prospects, High Benefit-Cost Ratio, these departments may become elite, like the FMS, IIFT etc., One condition of becoming elite is stricter Entrance System.
It is all guess, but practical possibility is always there. :drinking:

I understand your plight but do you think management shares the administrative issues with us regarding the reason of the delay..So just give me another day to personally visit the office and ask for the details..So I am going to college from 8th Jan and request you to wait till then please 😃

My Sixth Sense is telling me the notification shall be out by this week.

@ Shruti, you advised to go through some statistical problems. Can you specify the areas for statistics.

30 va
30 gk + economics
rest quant+di+reasoning(almost equal distribution)
...well ..hoping that the notification wil b out in atleast a week or so....

Hey there was nothing as such explicitly mentioned in the brochure or the question paper,but it is advisable to keep balance in all the sections :)

Well,I asked about this,but they are asking for more time :No student knows what are those issues :|So I would say please bear with us.It would be out this month :)

Hey,you would have the choice of specialisation in second year and that too two of them.Marketing and finance are the main ones and QTB is our USP.

Well,as I have enquired again,the department says notification would be out in the last week of Jan and the exam would be held in the last week of March.Now atleast,you got an idea :)All the best.

we need money to keep our love alive..lol..
but anyways for the person in reference MBE placements are great and ROI is awesome...
And exam date is too late..we will hv to put of money on the table by then ( ie pay admission fee sumwhr )

SHRUTI, Good to see that you have kept the discussion active, even when people seem to be impatient amidst uncertainity about test dates etc.
I have a few queries, the MBE site mentions about student exchange. Are these exchange programmes still available / renued/extended??? Also are international placements a regular feature. The website seems to suggest so. I was just anxious and wanted to know more about these facilities. How many students have been selected/opted for exchange? which universities/ which year students (1st/2nd)/ Duration of exchange prog. and cost incurred by individual students. Anticipating a quick reply.
