I don't have the detailed figures on this with me. We are not trying to hide anything from you guys by the way, but I m just curious why is it important to know the lowest package at this stage ?
To every MBE aspirant: The placement team usually holds a detailed Q & A session with all students who are called for GD/ PI. The session throws out pretty candid questions as only the seniors are involved in the Q&A.; A snapshot of the placement status of the current batch may also be given to you then.
My advice to all of you is to focus on clearing the written right now(trust me, its not a cake walk either!), and later clear the doubts that you feel could have been answered better at pagalguy by us!
Sometimes we too are constrained by time/information/authority to answer every query.;)

My advice to all of you is to focus on clearing the written right now(trust me, its not a cake walk either!), and later clear the doubts that you feel could have been answered better at pagalguy by us!

It makes so much sense....why we shud worry bt the placement figures...we kno that the course is gud and offers gr8 exposure to industry and corporate structure....we hv better things to worry bt....hw to get thru that written...small batch size makes th competion stiffer and as evident by the present scenario where the cut offs are sky high....its really call of the time that we should get ur basics rights and perform well in the written as the margin of error is very low in that...few silly mistakes and u are out of the race.... we shud worry bt those figures later (only if we get thru the written)
so lets restrict ourselves to the written exam discussion....like hw ppl are preparing and wt topic needs spcl emphasis...finance questions alone can gv u nightmares...we have so much to worry bt right nw....placements are long way ahead....cheers

regarding the thing that one need 2 hav 50% marks in evry subjct of grad. Seniors can any 1 p'zz tell me are those marks only of theory portion or including assesments since me an engg. grad hav scored or = to 50.as we hav theory of 100 marks n i scor 45 in that but including the assesment that is of 50 marks i get 40 marks than the aggregate becomes >75 that 's >50% out of 150 p'zz haelp me out that wich criteria will follow for this?????????

I would request the seniors to gv a bried overview on wt to study for the financial awareness section...since ths time we are hving a commom entrance exam for MBE/MFC
I guess seniors are also very much clueless bt the pattern...
bt still their guidance is valuable to us....and we need ur support at this point of time.....
So I urge all the seniors to pour their inputs...coz we hv more than a month's time which if properly utilised can be the difference maker....thanx in anticipation....

cn u throw sm light on dis...?shuld we also hav 2 study static gk like sports /geography..or like gk dat has came in MIB 2010(mainly static)?

Since this is the first time you are having the joint entrance,so no one can really predict about the paper.We too don't have any idea about it.I can guess it would be amalgamation of both the papers.Thoroughly go through the previous year paper.Since the papers were returned last year only,so it would be difficult to get other years papers.
About GK
I would go through both the papers by this weekend.And then give my analysis for the same or perhaps I can give you about the MBE part and for MFC part,you can ask MFC seniors.It would be mixture of both finance and economic.

HEY puys HELP ME
guys I got the soft copy of the MFC-MBE application form..now my doubt is-
1)there is this acknowledgment section in the form...now do we need to give our signature and date there or would that be given by the admin office...
2)In the admission ticket,do we need to sign there now or should that be kept vacant??
