I clicked on not freeze option..and confirmed it at arc by paying 1000bucks..so will that allotment stands after 3rd round as well..if I did not get my preferred allotment in the subsequent rounds?

Hello friends a really important doubt . The vacancies are shown by the list . Some people might have used float option.eg x person got sydenham and has put for float. Now, if jb does not have vacany he will get sydenham for sure. So in second round of vacany shown is 2 , does this vacany mean 2 people vacany is there if the person who has put for float gets upper college ? Or irrespective of float options, 2 seats are open for totally new people who have not received that college in previous round. Please do answer query , really imp for me
