@Shagvai Offcourse u r eligible to apply.. now talking about your chances it is 50-50 ( m saying this because ur profile is some what like me n I was told the same by sme body ) u again loose on ur CAT score ( little ) but it is certainly not very less.. now all depends on ur essay and ur pi if u perform wel in it u wil be through.. if ur English is good you do stand to make it into MIT SOB. All the best.
