Can some explain to me what is extempore round in selection process, is it like GD..? do we need to talk about the topics..?

@Dimp09 everything was easy just u wiil be given 2 choices for the topic u want nd u hav to write an essay on dat in 300 words nd hav to speak on dat topic...then u will be called for interview...topics for extempore were normal like my topic was IS MBA necessary for success in life, womens are good entrepreneurs, live in relationships are good or not etc...
