hello seniors as m new to this thread,i don hav any idea abt the college. jus hav hrd abt dis college. i hav secured 48 marks in mhcet so is der any chances of mine in dis college??
Score of 48 is bit low to get good institute. Any case your GD/PI score is yet to be out. So you can wait. If you are OMS (Outside Maharashtra Student) then it becomes more difficult. Because OMS has only 10% quota. May be in third round you may get ok institute. However, this year scores are less. So you may still have an outside chance. Other suggestion is apply for AICTE approved PGDM program at good institute. I would recommend MITSOB. If you have good scores for 10th and 12th and good in English communication, you could get selected. That course is better than MBA. They give 25 or 30 percent weight (I am not sure of exact figure but it is less than 50%). So you can still score in other areas like GD/PI. You can find out from their website. If you still do not get admission you could try in Sadhana Institute in Pune. It is not AICTE approved but good.

@Deepak IS IT WORTH APPLYING IF Graduation percentage is less than 60 .. what are the chances of getting placements ........... i have 59.34 % as final marks of my graduation .........how many companies am i eligiible for ??? Anyone .........

MITSOB first choice second is Welingkar. Note that Welingkar, Mumbai is different and better. But the branch would take few years to get there. BIMM is in trouble with AICTE so be careful. There was some AICTE (and I heard some raid) inquiry going on. I have not heard whether it was over or still pending. But if there was inquiry then we must be careful.
ur site says tht an international study tour for every batch....is it so?...hw do mch does d insti charge for it?... and ur batch seems to hav 300 students ( 120 marketng, 60 pgdm gen,fin, hr each) bt placement shows name of only about 100.... so rest are not placed?....

Hi! I checked their website. They have displayed 139 names. I also checked with their placement section on telephone. Their information is as follows. Their intake this year is 300. Last year it was less I think 240. Actually admitted were about 190 of these about 170 or so have passed. So placement is offered to them. Few joined family business or went abroad for study or went back to their home town. Now they have just about less than 10 yet to be placed. So they say that their placement is about 90 percent. I also cross checked this from one of their students. The information seems to be right. About international tour I could not check. You can find out by calling them. I know a student passed three years ago. He paid 1.2 lakh for 15 days tour to Europe. Now it may be much more.
