What about the post of Manager (Grade B) in Nabard. How much do a fresh recruit at the post of Manager would draw as salary and perks. Do Nabard salaries and perks match with those of RBI ??

m graduate with full time MBA degree and 2.5 yrs of work ex in bank ....eligible for asst. Manager or not.. as notification is quite confusing ..could some one guide me.

RBI takes fresh recruits at Grade B (Manager) basic 21000+DA. wheeas NABARD is seeking 5 years experience for Grade B Manager Post with Basic 21000+DA. Are both the positions in RBI & Nabard equivalent or not. pls guide.

NABARD Asst Manager Grade A mai Masters degree along with 2 yr exp manga hai dosto....well i hv done MCA n hv 2.3 yrs of exp as a software engineer.....do i eligible???? i am bit concerned abt the portion where they hv mentioned that the exp should be "in areas relevant to Bank's functioning"

So frnds am i eligible???

Bhai Log...jisa ki is post ko dekhkar lagta hai ki....There is high confusion about the working experience required...Agar Koi bhai..is bare main clearty rakhta ho to..pls guide!!!

Bhaiyon ...today spoken to NABARD HR dept. ...they ll come out with some clarification regarding MBA +BE/BTCH or MBA + graduation and also regarding experience and master degree, by next week.

Guys..I am having total banking experience of 50 months and have done MBA finance with BCOM. I am not able to apply for the post of Grade B. As per eligibility criteria, MBA with graduation requires 3 years of banking experience. An error window is coming mentioning all the criteria the moment I am clicking on submit button. Kindly assist.

Hey I am facing the same problem....in recruitment advt, a toll free no. is given but when i called that they people told me that we are for technical help, eligibility related problem is concerned with NABARD, so u contact NABARD only....

now what to do??? 😞

Spoken to HR NABARD ..in my case MBA degree + graduation + 2 years exp.. in banking but still not eligible for grade A(Assistant Manager) as they require MBA + BE/BTECH ..very strict with qualification and experience.

Applied ...found no hurdles while applying ......BE+MBA+1.5 year of banking experience

Since there would be direct interview, some one please tell me what kind of interview would nabard be conducting.

From where could I get list of sample probable interview questions.......
