Some one uploaded his NABARD ENGLISH Answer sheet (last year) & from my personal experience RBI grade B(last yr), i can say Nabard is not that much deliberate when it comes to marks, So expecting 65 and getting 45 may b a shock,that's why don't count like i will get 55,60,65,70+ in English easily.
Clause : this year Online exam,so anything like RBI grade B marks can happen,
NABARD Grade A, B Manager Job Profile and responsibilities
After cracking NABARD Recruitment Process, you will receive a confirmation call from National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. There is a mandatory training period during which you are explained your job role and responsibilities.
At the end of this probation period, you are confirmed at one of the Regional Banks of NABARD. As an Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will not possess decision making power at the initial stage. Initially, you need to perform basic operations to understand what various job posts have to offer. Even clerical tasks will be in your job responsibilities.
As you learn the basics and understand the important functions and operations, you will be assigned bigger tasks.
When we talk about the work culture of NABARD, gear up to do some heavy lifting. It is expected from the Asst. Manager/ Manager to hold the fort in every situation. Even after earning decision making power, there will always be some clerical work assigned to you. But, you get to work only weekdays Monday to Friday and as per fixed timings, so relax.
NABARD Grade A, B Manager Salary and Pay Scale
The Basic Pay and Pay Band set for Asst. Manager and Manager in NABARD is as follows.
- NABARD Grade A Officer (Asst. Manager) draws a basic pay of Rs. 17,100/- p.m.in the scale of 17100-1000(11) - 28100-EB- 1000(4)- 32100-1100(1)- 33200.
- NABARD Grade B Officer (Manager) draws a basic pay of Rs. 21,000/- p.m. in the scale of 21000-1000(9) - 30000-EB- 1000(2) - 32000-1100(4) - 36400.
The In-Hand Salary set for both Posts is as follows.
- NABARD Asst. Manager: Rs. 43,183/- p.m.
- NABARD Manager: Rs. 54,970/- p.m.
Apart from the fixed salaries, the allowances/ benefits/ perks are
- Telephone: Rs. 1000/-
- News Paper: Rs. 1000/-
- Maid: Rs. 2000/-
There are numerous other allowances which an Asst. Manager/ Manager in NABARD can cash-in.
NABARD Grade A, B Manager Career Growth and Promotion
The post of Assistant Manager/ Manager might sound hectic and challenging. But with power and respect, comes responsibility. Your Posting can be in places like Mizoram, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Jharkhand etc. One major catch is, you cannot be posted in your Home State. So, get ready for some time off from your hometown.
Since the post of Grade A, B Manager is already at the Managerial Level, the future promotions will only deem more respect and pay hike for you. The career trend for Grade A, B Asst. Manager can be along the following path.
