I find the NABARD recruitment process very lengthy and cumbersome. Banks like SBI started and finished interviews for 2000+ vacancies and these guys are still interviewing candidates for just 100 vacancies! Wasting everyone time!

Last year I also gave interview... My score was 115+18...Cutoff was 142.. The revised cutoff after clearing waitilisted candidate was... 139 for grade A... Means 113 +26...
Now I m comparing the scenario with last year...
There was no sectional cutoff in last year mains... There was no subjectivity in economics and social paper... This year objectivity increased the concentration of marks around a particular range...
Last year there were quite a good no of candidates who had more than 130 marks.. Means more than cutoff +17... But this year there are very few who who have more than 125 +17... Last year ppl had even 150 and 155.. Means cutoff plus 37 and 42... How many this year have cutoff + 37 or 40... But cutoff is never decided by highest marks... This year there are huge number of candidates between 125-135... This year 130-135 is good... Last year 125 was good Scoring 15-20 is good in interview... Interview marks last year was in the range of 10-24...so cutoff range may be 145-150...and I predict it around 147..which may come down to 145-146 after clearing waitilisted candidates.. All the best...
