My organization just realized that they can't give NOC to anyone before 4 years of completion of service(after pursuing for over month for NOC! ) Any idea that does NABARD take a lenient look in such cases or is rather adamant ? Any way out from NABARD side. NOC ko oppose kar rahein hain HR, They will not give by a twisted logic that if we give u NOC in bond period, then Bond ki validity can be challenegd!!! who cares about the bond money. still . full of sadists. Never knew... someone please guide
