(a) The candidates having equal marks in total (written examination (descriptive) + interview taken together) were sorted on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination (descriptive).
(b) In case of having equal marks in written examination (descriptive) also, candidates with higher qualifications or on their merit in case of equal education has been followed.
(c) In case of further tie-up, the candidates senior in age are ranked higher.

So finally the results are out. Congratulations to those who made it. To those who didn't, don't lose heart. Right now even if you feel bad about result, don't forget the greater strength lies in getting back on track for preparation of other exams. Sooner the better. RBI Grade B, IBPS and other exams are going to take place soon and one should immediately get back to preparation with all the positivity. Stay hungry, stay focussed. All the best.

it is obvious for grade a fr general category that they hav to score117 in mains atleast (taking 25/25 in interview as an option) so as to qualify the cutoff 142. .thn y did nabard made the cutoff 113 and ruined the time and money of many candidates,,they could hav made the cut off 117 in june itself

For those who have joining date problems due to notice period etc -
1. I know few people who had got extension for joining. I myself had delayed my joining by 3 weeks. This will require prior permission from HR dept. Case to case decision may be taken.
2. from my point of view, it is not at all advisable to delay joining, because -
a. it may affect your seniority
b. it will affect your salary. Suppose your batch joins in Oct 2015 and you join in Dec 2015, then every year they will get increment in Oct and you will get it in Dec. So, every year for 2 months you will get lesser salary.
c. training inputs and contacts in batch will be missed
3. So, it is advisable to give some excuse in your present job/ pay bond money and join on the given date, if at all you are interested in joining.
