If you people want to stay in NCDC throughout your career then only join NCDC. This organization is good but it does not allows it’s employees to apply for other Govt Jobs. The management is not employee centric and on many occasions they will confuse you by sometimes following DOPT rules and sometimes following their own rules and denying DOPT rules.
So if you are joining this organization, do talk with the current employees(who have joined in last 2-3 years) first. I know this because my cousin is working in this organization.

The scenario is same in all autonomous and statutory bodies even in some PSU’s. Wherever they want they will use DOPT and whenever they want they will use their own bye-laws… Most of the people working in govt. org. know this… Nothing new…
