I have got more than 10 years of work ex in software industry and now i want to do my MBA but i am in dilema, whether to go for MIB thru Grenoble or should i go with MBA Bradford? Need some input on this. Please help me out on deciding. Thanks

As i am planning to join MDIS- Singapore , can anyone be kind enough to guide whether i should go for:

1 - MIB from the Grenoble
2- MBA from Bradford

I have a work exp of 3.6 years . What holds more weightage in Singapore. ANy reviews from the ex- alumini can definitley help.

Hi,

I spoke to one of the representatives from MDIS who happened to visit Bangalore few months back. He told me if a person has more than 3-4 years of experience then he/she should opt for Bradford MBA because MIB is for freshers mostly and there were instances where in people with more no of years of Exp were rejected form MIB. Essentitally MBA degree has more brand value than MIB. So it's better to chose MBA over MIB. Hope i answered your questions. I have already got an offer from Bradford MBA in MDIS after my BAT and interviews. I am waiting for the document to proceed on the visa things.

Hi fayz,

How are you doing? Just to tell you that job prospects are not bad in singapore as economy is booming world wide. Since i am not the person who is planning to work in singapore post MBA, so i can't comment much on that. THere is no post study work visa kind of thing for singapore, however, being a Bradford student you can het HSMP for UK pretty easily as Bradford university is listed in one of the few colleges in the Home department of UK.

Since, the degree that you get is from Bradford, so there is no question of MDIS being in between. Hope, i answered your questions.

yes i've almost made up my mind to pursue.

infact had a word with a current student yesterday & had encouraged that Bradford programme is very good in terms of electives & good quality teaching staff. Though they would not provide any book materials hence make sure you account an extra exp on it.

As for jobs its grim, but its one of the better uni in UK in the tier ii cat. let me know if u r joining.

I am a student at MDIS..I wouldn't recommend it. job prospects are bad..professors aren't very knowledgeable.
If you just want a degree with some foreign (? most of your classmates will be indian) exposure and plan to return back to india, it's a decent choice.
