few days back ,i had a talk wid nicl hr ,kolkata ....she refused to tell my marks and cut off ...and said that i could know my marks at the end of process via,RTI ...................so i thot to discuss wid u all guys .......................

and for assurance example consider LIC which provides insurance for human life...
2) in insurance, policy holder gets claim and in assurance,dependants get claim...kauki policy holder uper jo chala jata hai...

yar...sabh log ...apke jaise himati nahi hote khuch alsi and unaware bhe hote hain ..it should have been better if nicl oicl have put cuttoff list by themselv on website
