u may b rite ..i think the category which are having less vacancy ...may have 1:5 or 6 but in case of generalist it around 1:3 or 4

22 ppl were rejected....on wht ground.....yar we cant specify the ration beacuse we are nt taking ....reservation quota in consideration ...a quick anaysis of aicil .....46 candidates selected.....and out of which ...22 were general and rest frm reserved category ....i think fr general category the ratio can go upto 5, 6 or may b 8

yar they will select all candidates out f 18 porvided they have no of candidates acc to reservation criteria...but they have t left reserved seat ..and may b left vacant

hnh ...oct end tak t khich h jayega...but salary k abhe rumour hain ...nt shure abt that ...aur training kabh hoyegi ...i think training 8 weeks ki hoti hain ...and u get to knw ur posting at the end of training period

the number which I feel for my category is 5 vacancies at NICL, is purely an analysis from last year's calls / final selections ... but I know for sure, it is single digits only (3-6) not more than that....
oh this was high case f candidates being rejected....in my category there was absentis but no rejection(atleast not in my knowledge) ...anyways ..ratio jitna kam ho utna h acha hain specailly fr general candidates

i think there are limited scope fr specailist ppl ...they get posted at ...head offices wheer as generalist ppl can n posted any where dpending upon their choice and avalabilty
