Im sure there would be people who will get through at more than one place. In such a scenario, would these companies call the next best candidate? DO share ...
i have also replied earlier to ur query ...their is always ...2nd list f candidates ....bt that come after 30-45 days of first list of candidate beacuse all candidate does nt end up joining last year same paterrn was in uicl , oicl ...........hope u get ans to ur query

1 or 2 waitlist will be there for sure ....bcoz sum selected candidates do not join ..lyk jo ssc me select ho jayenge i think they will leave nicl/niacl/uicl/uiic...bcoz ssc offer better salary and perks and aaramdayak job as compared to insurance sector .....so waitlist will be there .......just wait & watch ........

u want bilieve almost 40 candidates ....dnt end up joining due to diff reason ...eg posting location , better oppurunity smwhere , insanity

Though I am not sure on this, but If I were one of the HRs, I would want a mutually exclusive list of candidates...
sunya to mene bhe yahi hain 10-15 days mein a jati hain final list...both companies are nt gng t call a candidate fr both company ....plus their is mou btween these companies plus their is also porvision f transfer after grade 4 officer
m talkin bou specialist categroy(A2)... this category covers EEE/CIVIL/MECH/INSTR nd has only 10seats including reservations.. under EEE 12 students attended the interview.. nd i thnk dey would select max 2 or 3 frm EEE.. these re jus my guesses...!!!!
