nahi bhai aisa kuchh nahi hai, bond to join karne se pehle sign karna hi padega chahe posting pasand ki mile ya nahi, they are not fools. people can pressurize them to get posting of their choice by mass resigning if this is so. In every PSU, you have to sign bond first.
