yr my father has also taken few ..interviews in psu bank he has told me that the marks given by the panel are calculated on avg basis .. is this pattern is also folwed in insurance company

joke apart par ek bat hain ...yar jab 3 ka panel hota hain to 3 interviewwr k aggregaate marks jurte hain wriiten exam mein ....
nope. just one marks. they are not 3 interviewers. but a panel headed by a chairman. to ek final score hi add hota hai. jo i suppose chairperson likhta hai with aid of the other two

chal bhyi pata lag jayega jaldi ...agr bhwan n chaya to ...but.....but but as far as my knowldge ...first u have t undergoe training and during training period or at the end of training period they assign u location ...

bhai let me share my bit as well ... maine bhi interview se pehle kayi AO se baat ki thi .. ek jo UIIC main tha he was very frank and kaha yaar agar further exam ki taiyari karni hai to best field hai ... jyada pressure nahi hai .. aur usne apne dil ki baat kahi ki yaar sach kahu to paise jyada milte hai aur kam thoda hai ...
