yar karne ko to bhuth khuch ho sakta hain bt most of ppl get satisfied with salary ...and alsi babu ban jate hain ...money is their without 2 much wrk pressure so they have nothing which motivate them... subhe 11 baje a gaye office 6 baje bhag gaye office se...saturday sunday k off....plus other gazetted holidays.....if u want sky is limit other wise...ash karo maze karo usi postion mein
@prabhjotoicl dat might generally be the case but the thing is dat , UIIC at any point of time , can impart training to 100 students . so unless u r in first batch , u will first get posting , where u will come to know the functioning internally and den u will get official training . the training will be for about 45 days it seems .....
achha maine in general yahi suna hai ki general insurance ki companies mein work load seriously bahut jada nahin rahta jitna life insurance mein hai i.e. LIC

to yar ase to jo last batch mein ayenge unki training to jan feb mein complete hogi ...by the way ...training is fr 8 weeks ...56 days ...

bhai NIACL is market leader par woh bhi losss main gayi thi last to last year .. UIIC has been putting good numbers recently

it seems dat they r introducing some new system for promotion in which if u clear an exam , you can get a promotion in as less as 3 years ..... starting from dis year .....

bhai god to hai hi , kismat ne aaj tak jyada daga nahi diya hai , gharwale hai to main hu ... rahi baat gf ki to ekl bar selection hojaye phir shayad us mamle main bhi kismat khul jaye
