NICL-AO Exam 2012

@deepika_raj_46 As far i understand this 90:10 thing..i think that they will scale down the written score from 200 to 90 and the interview marks from 50 to 10.

For example if a guy has scored 140 out of 200 in written and 40 out of 50 in written his final marks will be....

(140/200)*90 = 63 out of 90 in written

and (40/50)*10 = 8 out of 10 in interview...so

overall he will get ...63+8 = 71 out of 100.

this scaling process is followed by various banks including SBI...so i think that by 90:10 ratio your friend meant the same.

but delimma is this : AGAR INTERVIEW K MARKS SCALE DOWN TO 10 ...THEN JO INSURANCE QUALIFICATION LIYE HAI OR jinke pass insurance ka experience hai unko kya fayda milega ....,finally scaling k baad hardly 1-2 marks hi to jada milege ...unko kya fayda hoga .....???.......again this is a guess ....not sure ....
@deepika_raj_46 ohhh...bt samjh ni aa raha abhi bhi :(
@sumit.. are you working somewhere??? if yes then specify your notice period if you can buy your notice period.they will prefer someone who can join immediately. so better pen down" 0"DAY to join.
@deepika_raj_46 ohh...thanx a lot...got it :)

No, don't write 0 days. I had also written '0' but the interview panel asked me,"why have you written 0 days?". I said that I want to join immediately. They laughed and said, "par aisa nahi likhe. write 7-8 days"
@pandit_pujari han lekin jab maine ye question is forum me poocha tha to sabne immediately bola tha... sorry sumit.. be on safer side .
