@cyurs my interview was on 30th delhi.... when i shared my experience.. few of puys said it was good.... but keeping others in loophole when i reanalyze i don't have any damn clue... God alone knows....they asked questions about my current job and role of insurance... i was composed through out the process and when i was leaving one of the interviewer said goood!!!!!what was that??

yeah me too heard from many sources that written plays vital role..so u have shortlisted in nicl and any other insurance
@bepostive007 I am afraid to say but one fine day i had this enlightenment that i will pursue my career in govt sector.... and from that time i could fill only this form.... so this is the only one!!!!

m sure u will come with flying colours!!!!!. what is the weightage of interview in final selection in UIIC(as your friend is in uiic)
@bepostive007 he says90:10........ sounds bit illogical but the description is when written list result is rolled out its always 4 times the actual vacancy .... the first cream is the merit holder and 2,3,4 batch reaches to cut off line.... so no matter how well the 3rd 4th batch performs in interview ..... they cant reach the magical number of final conversion..... and the second batch is for wait listed and sometimes final conversion as well if one of the merit batch has done something terribly wroong.... this is the funda...... how nicely they show the door way...!!!!!!!!
@deepika_raj_46 You are in for NICL or UIIC? If you have some genuine friend in UIIC , and it is not a problem for you then kindly ask him about the final result of Generalists. :-)

@deepika_raj_46 i dont think so..... i know one of my friend who got selected finally after having the minimum cutoff no. in written of IBPS clerk exams and got 92 out of 100.....so i dont think anybody who has got only cutoff marks can not get selected for final posting.

this ,excatly is the funda adopted by evry psu/govt sector......ur percerption is sumwat right .......but can u explain this ratio (90:10) for interview ...how ????.................cause sum guys whom i met during my interview were saying that interview is of only 10 marks (??? !!!) but again dat sounds odd ....(10 marks k liye nicl itna mathapacchi kyu karega ??) aur agar interview 10 marks ka hota bhi hai ,then i doubt its importance ....(10 me se sabhiko 6-7-8) to milege hi) to sabh kuch to written hi hua ....interview rakha hi kyu tha .......
also i hv asked from officials about interview marks they said ..its 50 ..(that sounds somewat logical coz kuch log interview me jada marks paake select ho sakte hai ,they hv a chance to recover ,so phew hikeups are possible coz of interview marks ) ........wat say ??
@ferocious002 hey i dont agree to this 90:10 funda... but one of my friend described me this ..seriously why to call odd 1800 if you are going to select the first 200.if someone else has better description do let us know!!!please
@cyurs may be may not be.... but when i consulted someone in this context they say its a rare thing when someone gets just cut off in written will perform extraordinary in interviews.and same goes vice verse.... i don't mean offence but there are so many guys who does not take up their own exam!!!! (someone else will do written score topper.... so you can imagine how mr.dumb will perform in interview... so this seat will get allocated to next deserving who performed so-so in written and good in interview..... and please note no interviewer has ever clue about anyone;s written score.. so its their honest judgement.rest the magical figure of conversion comes after adding both..

bhailog please stop this speculation, faaltu ki tension mat lo.Everyone is coming up with news from this/her sources.Some are saying it is 30:70(with 40 markrs for qualification and experieince and 30 for interview O_0),according to some it is 75:25 or 70:30,which sounds most logical and now people are coming up with 90:10, which makes no sense at all.Lets not take tension and wait for the results.Best of luck everyone!

I am agree with u @ferocious002. 90:10 is not at all authenticated because it will not going to make any difference so no need to conduct interviews on such a large scale. Govt don't have so much money to waste. Chlo choro woh jo bhi ho but ek fact to hai ki jitne jada number ka yeh interview hoga utna iski value badegi or ultfer hone ki bhi utni hi sambhavna badegi. So let see and hope for best.
