@prabhjotoicl yaar yeh sab humlogo ka prediction hai ki new india bhi hai aur national bhi...yhe log chaye to 1 din mein nikla sakte hai result aur na chae to 1 mnth bhi kaam hai in logo ke liye....

hmm vo to hain nikalane wale written k result 10 din mein nikal dete hain dpend upon them we are nt part f their system so ....keep guesing till we are one of them ...
@prabhjotoicl nhi yaar oicl ka toh nhi pata google pe search karo sab information mil jayegi....aur nicl ka bhi dekh sakte ho bas google pe search maaro...

One more thing in 2011 nicl ao recruitment there was 300 post and total candidates called for the same was 956..So we can guess the ratio out of this..this time 1900 candidates were called so seats that has to be filled must be around 600...
@SURRCH143: NICL generalist mai 110 seat hai usmai se 50% reserve hogaya baccha general mai 55-60 seats aur yahi ratio New India ka bhi hoga.So 120 ke approx seat hai geneal mai...600 student generalist mai call kiya hai.....aur most of the interview is not as fair as posted above.....panel is not giving u anytime to answer any question properly,per person they are giving just 5-7 minutes.So dear in my opinion they will shortlist mostly in term of written marks u have scored.DONT get depressed if not selected bcs its just a formality to appear in this interview.
One of AO in Law department said that they will use following criteria to shortlist:
written (80%) and interview(20%).
So many interviewee find their interview to be worst experience.This all i see in Kolkata zone may be other zone have different experience.
In my view better to continue with other preparations u are pursuing.

last time the number of generalist recruited in niacl was 292 so we can expect the same this time...

Thanks for advise bro. But I have different experience with me. First of all I am for specialist post. And also Interviewed at kolkata. They ask me good questions and even wait for me to reply. it is acceptable truth that written marks must play a significant role but we did not doubt the importance of interview in the selection process. May be I m wrong But its just my personal views.
@SURRCH143 In fact, I also had very good interview experience. They were giving enough time to respond. It was around 20 minutes long.
@RJ-KUSH dont go by numbers like u take 1900 then in general 800 candidate give interview for 200 seats(1:4 ratio).they will never take more because they want u to fight selection process again and again.From sources i know there are 1000 seats vacant in NICL but no govt company full all their vacancy by single recruitment process.
ye companies aise hi hai jo dahi(curd) mai se chali(creams) nikala aur baki ko phek diya.phir wo agale sal dahi jamane wale hai aur cream nikal baki ko phek dege.DEAR this is a process of rejection not selection,which is crux of any national level exams.
