Hi all, any idea about the total vacancies in NICL & New India Assurance co ltd for the post Officer(Finance).
We all know that NICL is recruiting 25 post of AO finance and we expect the same number from NIACL too(just a prediction) So the total number of vacancies are around 50(approx). And for these 50 posts they called 164 candidates for interview.....

NIACL is not SILENT SPECTATOR. In Interview panel 1 member was from NIACL. As NICL Conducted exam so NICL will first selected candidates as per their choice n after dat remaining candidates will b given NIACL.
Also Place of Posting do not depend on ur choices but that is purely on MERIT BASIS. For e.g. if any candidate's domicile is MP n he gave choice state of Gujarat den as per his rank first company will see if there is any vacancy in MP; If there is vacancy in MP den he will b given domicile state else company will give him state of his given choice (if there is any vacancy left in dat state).
my interview panel consist of a member from oicl , now u will say dat oicl is also involved in nicl ,but actually its not.so interview panel member can be from any imsurance company , it doesnt changes the fact that niacl is A SILENT SPECTATOR. regarding place of posting ur calculations bear high chances of being true .....!!

Darr to lagta hai bhai pr samundr me utr gaye to fir tufaan se kya darna. UIIC me is bar do list nikali hain or reason hai ki girls ko hometown se bahr posting di to unhone join nhi kia. In 163 me bhi bhut sari ladkiyaan hain or me unse bhi kuch aisi hi umeed kr rha hun:-)

Haan bhai ane k chance to hain hi or generalist ki to post jada hai to jada chance hain. Baki profile hai bhi all india tourist permit wala to ladkiyon ko wese bhi teyar rehna cahie agar nahi ho to nahi krna cahie join. Qnki shuruat me to hr 2 mahine bad 2 mahine ki training pr bhejte rehte hain...........

chances for others aren't wasted .......jin girls ko join krna hota hai wo join kr leti hai ....jinhe nhi wo nhi join krti hai ....phir aati hai waitlist ....so next candidates gets the opportunity....... so theek hai .....system hai bhai ......u/i/ anybody cannot change this system ........or ab pehle se kisi ko pata thode hi hota hai ki use posting kaha milne waali hai ......saabhi girls ...even boys isi hope me apply krte hai ki homestate hi milega .......so theek hai yaaar ............

According to UIIC rules (source of information: my friend who just join UIIC) they provide u place of posting first and after reporting their they conduct training classes after every two months in different regions of india. Like he is placed in ahmedabad and his training classes held in chennai, karnataka etc. Company provide second AC class fare to him for the same.

Nahi yaar me yeh to nahi khunga ki unhe apply nahi krna cahie kyunki kai ladkiyaan wakai deserve krti hain. Haan but sabhi ko nahi krna cahie apply sirf unhi ko krna cahie jinme according to job profile dhalne ki himmat ho. Yeh nahi ki bhut door hojaega ya me kabhi rhi nahi ghr se door....

haan jab tak aapka porbation period nahi khatam hota. Mene usse yeh bhi pucha tha ki probation kisi ka 1 saal se jada bhi hojata hai. To usne kha ki wo jo jada leave lete hai unka probation bada dete hain nahi to jadatar ko confirmation letter mil jata hai 1 saal bad.....

haan bhai mujhe bhi aisa lagta hai ki 2-3 months leave loge (for any unavoidable situations) tabhi baadta hai probation period ......else 1 saal me khatm ho jaeyega... @prince : ladkiyo ka kya hai bhai ..... unhe too hr jagah priority milti hai .....mera frnd k bhaiya hai govt job me wo batate hai ki pichele 8 saalo me 3 transfer hue hai unke par unke batch ki kuch ladkiya hai wo 8 saal baad bhi usi city me hai jisme unhone join kiya tha .......to bhai .........."pyar ka punchnama" film dekhi hai na ....bas wahi haal hai poori india ka
