Frankly speaking bro I am not thinking about these things right now. I think its a very good job and hope to get selected in it. I am only aware about a fact that its not a core finance job for all, U may have to work as a accountant. Core finance job is only in head offices otherwise if u placed in a regional office then u may have to do accounts job. So hope for the best. Approximate time period for promotion is 4 year at least. First aim of us is to get selected so best of luck for results. Hope we will discuss on it in detail after selection.......... BOL

But I am talking about private job bro. Mujhe nahi lagta yahan aisa kuch chalega. Even job profile ko dekhte hue lagta hai ki selection committee khud soch rhi hogi ki jada se jada male candidates select hon. Or haan me kehna cahunga ki agar kisi ladki ko lagta hai ki wo nahi kar payegi job to join hi na kre. Kamse kam second list to ajaegi yeh nahi ki join krk 4 5 mahine k bad chor dia qnki according to me its not about her comfort only but also about someone's future.............

@SURRCH143 bhai tum shayad abhi unki andar ki khujli se waakif nhi ho theek se......vo join kare ya na kare lekin procedure ka ek bhi step chhodengi nhi ....they nvr think abt any needy candidate. n by d way dis discrimination is happenening in every sector including public sector if dont believe den go in to any new hotshot branch of any public sector bank u will c more than 50 percent are females and trust me dey even get posting of their own choice ......its been my personal experience
