@[365231:tarunisgd] there almost no overseas presence on NICL. They have office in Nepal.
While NIA has its office in 20 countires.
But I really have no idea who and how does one get one's posting abroad!
Anyone having knowledge on this, please share!

Apart from what has been discussed here, I don't think there is anything else is called for.
If this doesn't suffice you, I would suggest you google a lot about Insurance.
And basic mundane events.
