bhai yeh to saare exams me hota hai ...cat ,mat,xat ,uptu, aieee , and other entrance exams ....sab me chalta hai yeh sab .....even dfferent candidates sits in ur place to gv ur entrance exam .....so nothing is we can do except study hard .....even in nicl exam ...many people who previously have cracked CAT exam ,they sit in place of sum other individual to crack nicl exam on their behalf.....such candidates ,if selected are called as backdoor entries...........so its all bout loopholes and weakness in system of india .....

Then merit list is prepared on the basis of final marks.
(Besides these there may be some internal matters, which also affects the recruitment process.)

i agree but in notification is was mentioned dat final merit list will consist of ...written score and interview marks .....it was no where mentioned idat marks in graduation or PG will be criteria ....but again u could be right ,m not denying dat......but ur qualification and age comes in the role wen there is tie of final marks (written + interview)
wat is the role of work experience , can u explain it 2 me ?? like if a person has exp. apart frm insurance sector...will it hv weightage ...or only insurance exp .is counted..?? plz throw sum light on this question ,but only if u r sure , no guess work in this question coz in this stage wen we r close 2 our results guesses will sound absurd ...

these things except written marks are taken care of in interview itself.
@pandit_pujari At interview stage, they don't calculate the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in graduation and/or post-graduation; so they have to calculate it latter.

exactly ...i agreee wid u pandit ji .....one thing more ..if interview is of 50 marks(say) ..& if panel gives u 35 (out of 50) then everything is included in those 35 marks(exp, qualification, personality,attitude ,attire,etc,etc)......in case of a tie ...age... of candidate comes to scene......am i right pandit ji ..??

koi dikkat nahi yaar, pichhle marks se NICL waalon ko kuchh zyada lena dena nahi hai, main consideration is written marks of this test and your performance in interview. Even good candidates perform poorly and not so good candidates perform very good in interview (and that performance is only in the eyes of interview panel not absolute coz we all know we are GOOD!)
