Not sure if this piece of news helps, but just read on some site that New India has got a new CMD (after about a year). I guess they would now get a little serious about hiring, and may push NICL to come out with the results sooner. The new CMD just served as the CMD of United India Assurance Co., which recently came out with their recruitment results (that too in a record time!). I am keeping my fingers crossed X

Ferocious bhai I am not agree with u in north indian's context. North indian's se pressure nahi jhilta islie wo govt. job k lie jate hain yeh bat jami nahi. Mere hisab se koi bhi govt job k lie tabhi jata hai jab vo apne desh k bare me sochta hai deshbhakti ki bhavna le jati hai use wahan. Othewise we all know that pvt sector is hiring people in much more package as compare to govt sector. North indian's yeh sochte hain ki jab kaam krna hai to govt k lie kro na ki MNC's me jinse outside countries fayda lejayein.
Dusri bat north indian kahin bhi jata hai job k lie yeh sach hai kyunki wo sirf bolta nahi manta bhi hai ki bharat desh ek hai but south indian's nahi mante. They even not like to help anyone jo bahr se aya ho. Unhe hindi ya english ati bhi hogi tabh bhi vo apni local language me bat krna pasand krte hai taki vo help na kr paye kisi anjaan bnde ki.
Pressure ki bat bhi krein bhai to Army se jada pressure kahin nahi hota to saheedon ki list me bhi north indian's are very high in number as compare to south indian's. Apne bachon, biwi, mata pita se pehle desh ko dekhne se bada pressure kya hoga bhai.
