Hi all i know few puys got selected for NICL or NIACL are working in Infosys, just want to know what shall be our next step, like i am a confirmed employee, i need to serve 3 months of notice period which i can't now
. So what's the process like talk to manager, HR.. Any info kindly share or PM me, i did some research on my part, but need more input.

@ferocious002 said:dont worry ...u wll get bangalore.....in data sheet they asked ur marital status....so they will take care of that .... if u hv mentioned ur address of correspondence and permanent addres as bihar ....then they will prefer dat ....bcoz homestate is by default first choice and if vacanicies r not available in home state then they see ur prefernces ...... coz my frnd frnd told me that there was a girl last year ...she left nicl after training,,and paid rs .25000 as bond penalty ...for the same reason .....that her hometown was lucknow ...but she was married by the tym and she had to leave lucknow to go with her husband......so finally she left nicl .........i will ask him in details in this regards.........
