@[551950:niko] Bhai, tell me one thing. If I get selected within one year of joining in other PSU, say in engineering PSUs, Would I be able to transfer my bond there??

Also tell me what if WE join private insurance companies after 4 years? Would our value be highly weighed? Someone quoted here that after 4 years of service in insurance PSUs when we join private companies, we could fetch 15 lacs ctc annually??

@Candidates who are working currently n mentioned their Job Experience - U need to give Experience Certificate otherwise Joining will not b given to u. Also if u hv a notice period of 3 months den there is no need to appear for Interview bcoz Interview Result will b out within a Week after Interview completetion, the Joining date would be in next 15 days.

All promotions upto Scale IV are intra (within) company. Means if u join National now u'll stay in national upto scale iv. but after that u'll get transferred to other company for scale v, then other for scale vi and then the fourth one for scale vii (if u manage to reach upto there so no use in thinking about to join which company. pay wise growth wise respect wise learning wise there no difference of even 1 paise in the 4 psu companies. if had i been in ur place i would have joined national so that i can get chance to go to new india sometimes in peak of career for abroad posting.

How can be so sure about work culture of NICL?
Yes, you can be sure of ONE particular branch, region. But I don't think the same is the case with each and every branch of NICL? Or is it?

By Joining date i mean to say Joining d company, d very first day of trainig. Posting Place will be given to newly joined candidates at the end of training.

I've lost my admit card and I have been shortlisted for the interview. Is it necessary to bring the admit card although it is not mentioned in any of the NICL documents or can I download it from somwhr. Looking for a reply.........

m getting to know such a stuff for d 1st time.. tht ur salary decreases, tht too after ur probation period. as far as i believe basic increases after the confirmation..

r u sure abt it?? coz then its better to join a bank po job salary will b same then, tht too wid a better working environment. plz suggest.

yeah, right. agar aisa hai to phir iske chakkar me hi kyun padein, kuchh aur taiyari hi kar lenge. probation ke baad 25k with all the headache, bad environment, 4 saal ka bond - doesn't seem to be a good option.

bank po is okay. Competition unta hi hai. IBPS 1 waale abhi bhi duad rahe hai job ke liye.
It's nothing as one can't prepare for other exams while doing job. When others can we too can.
And there is called this thing - CTC - Cost to company.
Even if we suppose we get 25 k. It still hold logic when you don't have to pay other things , as in lease rent. in metro 1.2 lac annually. In hand money is not EVEYRTHING.
Bhai yeh toh haamara vichar hai.
Baaki it's upto you.

@[544362:OmegaMutant] bhai me to ssc hi dunga ....bcz mujhe ye job nahi karni bhai.........is liye me iske bare me soch bhi nahi raha.....agar is me select hote ho to bad me padhai ka tym nahi milega.....so it is depend upon u wat u want to do......I am preferring ssc.......
