1st write ur hometown, 2nd and 3rd write ur neighbourign states...show ur willingness to work anywhere...it is a make or break question for them...chance are high ull get home posting but chances are also there to get distant posting (even for girls)...dont get overenthusiast and give names of big metros like delhi mumbai kolkata etc cause accommodation can become a huge problem..

generalist: non specialist dept.
basically ur work will depend upon type of office (branch, Division, region office or head office).
usually ull be allotted one dept to look after. there are core dept plus ancillary dept like accouns estblshmnt prssnl IT etc. ur boss can give one or more dept to u. or sometimes u will ask for more dept in overenthusiasm. u r the karta dharta maai baap of the work u take and ull be held responsible for everything pertaining to it.

make or break...written score do not matter much if u cant impress the panel. there is a panel of 3 general managers, so u can well judge the seriousness of interview and also of the post they are hiring u for..

yes..cause in probation period ur not entitled for mediclaim and other facilites,,so there is no cutting for same so ur salary stays high of 27k...
but after probation ur mediclaim gets deducted, plus many other deductions are done, so salary comes down from 27 t 25...

finally decided....oicl ka interview nahi dena........124 selected in IT cat.....now 123 left
dnt get into stuff what we will have t do if we got slected ....lets first how we can get selcted ...plz focus on that ..plus any individual douts that we can share
