there seems to be a confusion. initially ur gross is 30k but there are only few deduction like income tax professional tax pension. so u get around 27k in probation. eg gross Rs 100, deduction Rs 10, net Rs 90)
but once u get confirmed u can avail of many benefits but which come at a price. mediclaim life insurance accident insurance societies etc so net effect ur salary gets reduced. eg gross rs 105, deduction rs 25, net rs 80) toh hui na salary kam.
are u shure this is the exact hiereachy level in insurance companies

Hmm I'll assume you are not in NICL?How can be so sure about work culture of NICL? Yes, you can be sure of ONE particular branch, region. But I don't think the same is the case with each and every branch of NICL? Or is it? Correct me if I am wrong.
yeah, right. agar aisa hai to phir iske chakkar me hi kyun padein, kuchh aur taiyari hi kar lenge. probation ke baad 25k with all the headache, bad environment, 4 saal ka bond - doesn't seem to be a good option.
environment toh very bad hai yaar. but still if u work honestly u can achieve good name among management people..

actually some times bad environment is really a challenge to take on. see how much well u can take along people with very bad attitude with u. if u want challenges u may enjoy insurance thoroughly.
See. What is a good carrer? You want peace or money its up to you.
You wont get very huge amounts but you will get peace of life here... You wont to do much work here, and you'll have plenty of time to relax. You can even prepare for some higher exams like Civil services.
I dont know which background you come from, dont expect much frm this job. The job gets a bit monotonous after a while. But the good side is that if you wish to leave the job, you can join private companies and get very very huge salaries.
If you work for around 4 years in this company, one shift to othercompnay will let you have a package of at least 15lacs in today's date.

Bahar koi '30 maar khan' baitha ho ya na baitha hoo insurance ke mujhe usse koi matlab nae hai bhai. I HAVE LINKEDIN links. THOSE ARE REAL. Some of them are now CEOs, Co-founder, Head, et al of private companies. They were ONCE AO. and they are NOT 90 years old ppl.

gross 30 k includes ur HRA. 10 thousand is leased accommodation only for out of station candidates. it is not paid in cash to those who do not get leased accomodation or do not avail of the same. local candidates are not given leased accommodation. so ur gross salary is 30k

Yes as i have undestood...as the co have their own guest house if u want to live there u can then they will not give hra if u want to get ur own accommodation then u get 10k(as told) in a metro!!and about the work culture still i have doubts!!as some1 told that no one work in the office u have to w8 for ur work to be done i.e. lackadaisical nature of the employee some1 one saying u have to work long hours...seems a bit contradicting !!
u cannot get ur own accomodation on own...company will pay lease on ur behalf. 10 k is limit for AO's. Work culture - pakke sarkari babu hai sab ke sab....
no one works: means those who are not answerable, oldies and ladies.
u hv to work fr long hours: to get ur work done cause ur responsible answerable to ur manager for it.
but if u dont work it doesnt means that any one can do anything to u..u just hv to know hw to shirk resposibilities..but u shuld be preapred to face the repurcussion which also include disciplinary actions.
as the interview ,which is scheduled, is going to held till 10th september and those people whose date had not been given there are around 700-800 candidate are there ,whose
interview dates are not given so as roughly calculating will the interview procedure will be able to complete before last week of september?

dear rahul do u even know wat happened at patna center tht made candidates urge for re exam??? m sure NO.
otherwise u would not have quoted in such a way tht bihar (tht too in capital) candidates made the scheduling messy.
at patna center thr ws unavailability of question paper for an hr+, 4 to 5 students wr made to sit in a bench together. if u or me were to give xam dis way.. hum satisfied rehte??? i don't think thr was ny fault of the bihar's students. n hume kya jhelna pada wait karne k alawa??? jhelna unhe pada, they had to write exam again. i believe wat they demanded was nothing wrong it ws their right. n nicl showed a good approach by retaking the xam for them.
i may sound rude to u.. m sorry for it. n for others i know u must b thinking its a waste to discuss such things in dis forum.. we wr not the sufferers bt we should hv healthy feelings towards our fellow competitors. i didn't like the way u had put words in ur post.
@[365231:tarunisgd] u may clearly say to the panel, the language u r comfortable in. they've already tested ur english skills i written so don't worry. u should b good at ur communication skills , ny mode of communication u choose. bt don't mix all english hindi together it may sound a bit untidy.

simple hindi....i was just clearin my doubts dat usually interview takes place in which language..so i conlcude no specific language it just depends on d interviewr...

If the interviewer speaks in Hindi then you too must reply in hindi ONLY and if he/she speaks in English reply in English ONLY.
