NICL-AO Exam 2012

@[597234:Gaurav1616] what are the chances in which language dey can speak??

@[365231:tarunisgd] yaar I think they will start in english but they will eventually come to Hindi. If you are not very comfortable in English, then you can insist to converse in Hindi but your answers in either language should be correct and immaculate.

In 5-7 years if I am becoming a manager of a private company I don't think I am losing my seniority, when I switch my job. And another 5 -10 years, If I am VP or Head or any department, I still win.
THIS POST IS TO BALANCE OUT ALL THE NEGATIVE EFFECT that was created here.

NOW , do not discuss its consequences.
Prepare well for your interview.
Goodluck.

dear rahul do u even know wat happened at patna center tht made candidates urge for re exam??? m sure NO.
otherwise u would not have quoted in such a way tht bihar (tht too in capital) candidates made the scheduling messy.
at patna center thr ws unavailability of question paper for an hr+, 4 to 5 students wr made to sit in a bench together.
if u or me were to give xam dis way.. hum satisfied rehte???
i don't think thr was ny fault of the bihar's students. n hume kya jhelna pada wait karne k alawa??? jhelna unhe pada, they had to write exam again. i believe wat they demanded was nothing wrong it ws their right. n nicl showed a good approach by retaking the xam for them.
i may sound rude to u.. m sorry for it. n for others i know u must b thinking its a waste to discuss such things in dis forum.. we wr not the sufferers bt we should hv healthy feelings towards our fellow competitors. i didn't like the way u had put words in ur post.
I think u r unnecessarily Exagerrating d incident. I know what exactly happened in Bihar NICL AO Exam as one of my friend appeared 4m Bihar n he narrated me d whole incident. He told me dat Q.Paper was delayed but authorities clearly said 1 hour will b given EXTRA to COMPENSATE d delay. Yes dere was some infrastructure problem dat d centre got short of some benches but authorities clearly mentioned dem to co-operate n adjust either by sitting 2 candidates on 1 bench or by sitting on d floor. Instead of Co-operating some Notorious candidates (who were not well preparaed for exam) started shouting n dey Beaten d exam Invigilator which is TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Policeman who were on duty at d Bihar Centre tried to Interviene n helped to short out d issue but but Some candidates beaten those poliman badly. Not only dis Candidates also thrown STONES on Policeman due to which 1 policeman got wounded as a Stone hit him on his head. Immediatly higher authorities called more police force n exam was cancelled.

Bro, that means AO is Assistant Manager. Right? Now I feel a little better. One more ques please - How high can an AO rise in the hierarchy till retirement? Is CMD an IAS?

Thanks in advance

@[580218:pandit_pujari] NO NOT AT ALL.

Bro, Central govt. jobs from SSC have better feautures like 1 year probation instead of 2 years in insurance and that too with mediclaim, not much pressure for assistants, flexible timing (nobody shows up in the office till 10.30 but that also depends on your officer, still very lenient than other jobs), much better job security - you can abandon your office for 5 years and still your job will be safe, nobody can remove you from your job, however promotions are very slow and work culture is not constructive, you do not gain any special skill to claim some job opportunity in pvt. sector unlike insurance where after 5 or so years, pvt. sector will hunt for you if you have accumulated much insurance knowledge and passed certain insurance exams. I do not know about promotions here so somebody may please throw some light on this aspect.

No bro, you just have to be confident about what you know. However, the interview board must not feel that since you have completed your graduation from distance so you know anything lesser than those who have done regular degree. On the contrary, you must convince the board that what compulsions you had that made you go for distance edu. That would be your plus point.
