don't speak of any psu insurance cos in isolation. all 4 cos are kabhi na judaa hone wale bhai behen hai. so 4 cos promotion policies are totally similar. i dont know abt nicl specific but i can comment abt all 4 psus as one unit.
as i had previously told : min 3 years in each cadre. but it takes almost 6-7 years for your batch to get eligible for promotion exercise atleast for scale i to scale ii.
ro ro kar one can become divsnl manager for sure shot, but if ur exceptional performer sky is limit. cmd bhi ban sakte ho. average performer can become regional manager atleast if u had managed unions seniors and top managers thruought years.

I am for Marketing, got admit card today (through e-mail). Exam is on 26th August.

Puys UIIC has cum out with its cut offs, for all categories.It's 84 for generalists under general cadidates.
