SAME SITUATION WID ME also. I don't hv any commerce background so all above Q.s are like BOUNCER BALL to me. I don't even know d ABC of Insurance but yaar now there is no other option wid us rather than Prepairing these Q.s so that whe we face Interview we can Ans. dem confidently. yes, answering to all those questions will need a thorough research.
But maximum customer and employees wala question's answer has to be either NICL or NIAC. Not sure. But I will see to it with supporting source.

bhai logo mera interviw kal tha 22 ko and bilkul basic question puche the mujhse. insurance ke baree mein bhi pucha tha about nicl , what is insurance , what is general insurance , what is motor act , thats it . interview lasted for 15 minutes and it was a good experience. i hope they liked me as they asked me did i have any problem working outside delhi.
