What is the difference between these two certificates ?
Caste Certificate issued by competent authority for SC/ST/OBC.
and
Category certificate if belonging to OBC.
I have OBC certificate of the year 2006. Can it be valid or I have to produce another one ?
Wanted to know what is the least CAT score that secured a seat in OBC category last year ?

I would say apply and hope for the best. Keep NIT Allahabad and Durgapur as a back up if u dont get here.
Going with the past trends you would get waitlist nw it all depends on hw many cancels. So you can take your chances. I think 600 is nt a bad bet for NITK.
