There is no online registration, you need to download the application form fill it up and send it along with a DD of 600 Rs to the college.
You will find the details of DD and procedure to fill up the application forms in the information bulletin.
Both the Info Bulletin and the application form can be downloaded from the NITK website www.nitk.ac.in OR just go to page 16 in this thread its been attached here as well.

i m not a student of NITK....even i have applied there today itself.....for application if you have downloaded it then you can get its printout anytime..n chill your form will reach there and you can get the registration number may be in february itself..... gdpi wl be in march
