yes you are eligible and your chance of conversion depends on the performance in gd-pi.
a liltle truth u must face is nit-k gives 90% weightage to cat score..

Going by the previous years trendz you should get a call. Would suggest you to apply. But cant predict anything as of now.

Software companies do ask for 60% throughout. PSUs and Banks asks for 60% in PG.

In My PG i have lower percentage that is 47% in first year..So how would that affect my placment chances..also if dont complete my PG then i would ahve a 2 year gap..how would that affect... barring PG everything is 65%+

Don't worry... Their GD-PIs won't be on the same dates most probably. You don't have to choose.
