I thing I can say about NITK MBA deptt is one of the best response you will get whether you mail or call them. Faculty is very generous..must say..:o
CIL considers only your MBA score and not the grad score. Minimum you should have 6.0 cgpa on a 10.0 scale. so chill and dont worry.:cheerio::cheerio:

senior please clarify my doubt that is on 24/25 March 2012 GD/PI will be conducted as i am from orissa and for that i have to make train reservation for that.

Its a humble request,plz try not to change the dates for gd-pi..as we people have to come frm allahabad which is abt 47hrs journey to mangalore...we have made our reservations for 24th(even dat is also nt confirmed seats)...if d dates will change now then we wil nt get the reservations and its nt possible for us to come there without reservation...kindly consider our problem while making any decision...thank u in advance...

The GD/PI dates are fixed and will not be changed or rescheduled under any circumstances ( apart from some natural cause).
The question about few of you have semester papers, so people we cant help it. As far as we discussed, none of the well known universities conduct semester exam in march . If few board does then they must be private deemed universities and in that case they should listen to you, because they must be aware of the fact that most of the b-school conducts GD/PI in march and there are a lot of people aspiring for higher studies during they last/final year.
I would suggest you to please go and speak to the authorities and try and make some way out.
2nd GD/PI may be conducted, provided seats remain vacant even after the wait list. Which is highly unlikely.
