It will be 4. 98^14/16=2^14/16={(2^4)^3*(2^2)}/16=4/16=>Remainder=4.

Which would be greater a^b or b^a, given b>a??

if a number is divisible by 2 and 3 also.. Then it is also divisible by 2*3 = 6... Does this mean that if a number is divisible by 4 and also by 6.. then the number is divisible by 4*6 =24.... eg.. 36 and 12 are both divisible by 4 and 6 but not by 24... Why does the rule only apply to 4 and 6..

This is a conceptual doubt

If any number 'x' does not have a factor b/w 2 and squareroot(x) , it is a prime number... Why do we check for factors just till squareroot(x) and why not beyond that till x

10 thieves steal x gold coins and escape. While all are asleep , 2 thieves wake up and divide the coins b/w them and find 1 coin extra, Just then a 3rd thief wakes up. So the 3 divide all the coins among them and find 2 coins extra.

Again the 4th thief wakes up and on dividing the coins , 3 coins are extra.

This continues till the 10th thief wakes up and on division .. 9th coins are extra..
What is the least value of x?

It has to be solved with remainder , HCF and LCM approach
IF there is another method then plz explain that too....

Thanku !! πŸ˜ƒ
