Panel didn't check my certificates and neither kept the xerox copies of certificate with them. Is there anyone who face the same?? What to do now? We have to submit Xerox right?

In my new IIMs interview ,they didnot check my certificates( ncobc) .Is there anyone whose certificate was not checked ? They didn't even ask for my obc certificate. Anyone with similar case???

Had IIM C interview on 22nd feb,mumbai.
Profile: CAT OA 99%ile, X-95%, XII- 82.6%, B.tech- 87.9%, work ex - 18months
Experience- Panel took interview of people for 45-50mins each, then at 5pm realised that they are getting late & then went on in superfast mode & winded up remaining 6-7 interviews in an hour. Hardly couple of questions for each & after that, you may leave now.
Didn't expect the same from IIM C Panelists. I have given up on interview process. Too much depends on luck ð

If there is any senior on this page, kindly let me know the documents required for an OBC candidate at the time of admission. During my New IIMs interview, they were asking about my father's salary(6.2L). Since he joined as a grade 3 employee and now promoted to grade 2, 6 lakhs slab is not applicable. And there is also no other source of income. I have an OBC certificate dated on july, 2015.They asked me to get a new one. So if anybody has any idea about this, kindly guide me through this. It would of great help. Thanks in advance.
People shortlisted for DFS, any idea how to produce the affidavit nd ITR for OBC quota?? This is insanity to its heights!!! Why do we need to give these documents when we have the OBC certificate!!!! :(

Hi...is it a must that OBC certi should be of the same financial year ? Can the latest one be submitted post conversion of calls ? ( I have 2013 certi and the new one will take time to arrive )

Do we have to show all the documents again in case of admission? Do we need to submit proof of parents' income? If yes, will payslips work as proof? I've put in a bigger number as my parents' income. As my father got retired, it is way lower than what's mentioned on the form now. Will that be any problem?
I got an OBC certificate on Feb 15 2016. Will I be asked to get another certificate after I join any college, as it would in the next financial year. ( Â I heard obc certificate is valid for only one financial year)
