Caste Certificate will be issued only once or do we have to have different for different financial year?
PS: I know, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will be issued for each financial year seperately.
Very little to no movement in new IIMs for OBC, is it over or is it likely to move in later stages?

First time CAT aspirant here. Since NC obc certificates have limited validity, when would be the ideal time for me to go get one issued so that it is valid for me during 2018 admissions?
People say that the WL nos were given after first two lists last year for IIMV. This time they allotted WL nos right from the first list. Is the last year scenario true? Give some idea.

Was an NC-OBC allowed to take admission through open quota and to take benefits of NC-OBC after getting admission from open quota? If it was not allowed then that Court's decision "obc must take admission through obc quota only to avail benefits of obc after admission" will not affect category movement this year that much. Seniors plz rply
is it true that the ncl status of the children of state government employees depends on the status or class of the post that parents hold and not on the income ? if it depends on the income then the income of three consequitive years are taken into account ?
