the cat format of ncobc is signed by tehsildar, would it work? or it should be of dm/sdm as written in the format ? is anyone there who is going to show the certificate signed by tehsildaar ?

Currently OBCWL 92 in Raipur...... is there any possibility of conversion?? (I don't know whether predictions come out to be true or not, just asking out of curiosity.) Its very unlucky that not even one third movement is there compare to last year. Resigned current job……… and looking at pagalguy every 10mins, its very hard to believe this is happening!!!!
