Seniors don't know charges for various facilities available.
You may find out about these facilities when you arrive on campus.
Also Manipal being student area charges are nominal.

I am withdrawing my application from TAPMI as I have got into IIM-Rohtak. Hence, the wait list moves by one.

Its is clearly communicated that next set of mails would be sent on or after 7th april which means they would come out in 1-2 days time.So please be patient.
If it is mentioned that mails would be out on a particular date,consider a delay of 2 days atleast from that date.

Congratulations. IIMR appears most promising new comer among IIM family with its recent collaboration with Kelly's.. prospects appear brighter. Though Rohtak isn't really a friendly place to roam around the city. Any idea when IIMR will be moving in its own campus? And where is it?

Well yes it will be nominal, but manipal's nominal might be much expensive than most ov the cities luxury. An estimate is solicited. I have heard manipal is a very expensive place, may be because of the same reason, its a student hub and they don't have much of a choice!

GYM is non-AC and there is no swimming pool in TAPMI campus
Marena has all facilities but only tennis, squosh n badminton are free for TAPMI students ,others are charged.

For AC room or large rooms the difference to be paid ones you join college

It's Marena, Not Manera.. :grin: its about 8 Kms from campus, Charges im not really sure check it in the web. Thing is we had planned all along in first year to go there and use the facility but given the distance/ Transport exp/ TAPMI schedule, we chucked that idea...

Oh sorry for the spell error. 8 kms is a big distance man. You can't include this in the facilities by the institute at all and gym without an AC? I hope they have an exhaust fan. I want to affirm the claims of swanky world class infrastructure for which i'll be paying big time. Yaar metropolitan cities mein rehne ka yehi nuksan hai.. nakhre bhot ho jate hain..

Its called, the nearby-syndrome.

A couple of years back, a tennis court was introduced in our residential area, and I promised myself, I would become Federer in 2 years.

2 years later .... Haven't even gone there once 😛

I got thru TAPMI and is wait listed at KJ SOMAIYA.
Should I be concerned about the waitlist or is TAPMI the best option avlbl?

Seniors, when can we expect the same.

PS: Withdrawn on 4th April, hard copy should have reached them on 10th April.
