Hi Seniors and everyone, I need some suggestions.I got 8.35 CGPA in graduation and while filling CAT application form , I didnt know we do have percentage conversion process. So I multiplied with 10 and entered 83.5. Now today when I tried to fill application form, I saw it is asking for letter from college if we dont have any percentage conversion process. So I called my college and came to know we do have conversion process and we do have to apply for the same if we want percentage. So I applied for the conversion and it may take 2 days at least. Now how should I proceed now. Is it possible to change the percentage now. I am tensed and I dont want to spend one more year on this. Will IIM's accept this modification or they wont consider me ? So guys, please suggest me what should I do now ?
How do you calculate your CAT index score?
Is it always divided by 300 or is it division by highest scaled score?
The score card of CAT has 'scaled score' & 'percentile' in each of the 3 sections.In iimk admission form, under 'Selection of area' there were four columns namely 'Marks obtained' , 'Maximum marks' , 'Percentage score' , 'Percentile score'in each of the 3 sections- How to covert score card scores to the required fields in admission form.

While filling Part B of the form for IIM K, a question is asked regarding my employment details. The question is: ' Describe briefly the most important situation in which you have demonstrated leadership skills during professional career.' I am working as a tester in IT industry and have joined in as a fresher and have completed only 1 year in this organization. So being less experienced, i have not received any opportunity to show any leadership skills. So while answering this question, do i need to tell that i have not received any opportunity???

In references section of part B of IIM K form, can we get reference from our collegues working with us or someone senior to us? If we are working , so is it necessary that we have to get one from school and one from work and anything will suffice ? Is reference also given weightage in admission process ?
