HELP. Do I need to have the 'certificate from the head of institution' or I can just produce my marksheets? (I'm a final yr student)

For the ease of the applicants,we have also created a Facebook group for the call getters. This group can also be used to post queries and we will try to address some of the limitations Pagalguy poses as a forum through Facebook.There will not be any official whatsapp group for the same.
It is a closed group so to get acces, one needs to send a screenshot of their call letter to any of the admins after requesting for admit to the group and post verification you will be added.

In references, can we mention any known professional working in a recognised organisation?
Are letters of recommendation needed or their contact details are sufficient?
For proof of workexperience is it important to give payslips for all months?
I have 29 months of experience.
Would any questionairre be sent to the references?

@IIM-Kozhikode Can we mention about the Internship experiences in the employment details, if it is a paid internship? If no, are freshers supposed to leave everything under employment details empty?
While filling Part B of the form for IIM K, a question is asked regarding my employment details. The question is: ' Describe briefly the most important situation in which you have demonstrated leadership skills during professional career.' To be honest, I am working as a tester in IT industry and have joined in as a fresher and have completed only 1 year in this organization. So being less experienced, i have not received any opportunity to show any leadership skills. So while answering this question, should I be honest and tell that i have not received any opportunity???
In the formB, there is no word limit provided for essays other than the ones' on Leadership demonstration and team work. What is ideal or preferable word count for the other essays.
Do freshers have to left the employment details form in part B blank??

On the call letter it says you have to produce marksheet starting from 10th. So does it mean we have to bring our 11th marksheet too?
While filling Part B I clicked on save and next to check the questions and now I'm not able to access the previous sections of the form ! Will I be able to go back and edit ?
Is it okay if both of the references are college professors? Or do the two need to be in different lines of work?
