In DoMS application form I am not able to insert Work Ex details (It is not accepting Company name and nature of work). Screen shot attached. Please help.

Few doubts while filling the form.

1. Duration of 10th Standard

2. 10th and 12th marks were in the form of percentage, so do i need to keep the CGPA boxes blank?

3. Discipline of 10th standard.
