when i was paying the fees for form, the site was not working. and there was a debit of 1600 from my bank account by IIT. but when i again tried and open the form the fees were not paid. What to do now?

@Manas_dms what was the cutoff for the composite score last year , based on the document you posted about the selection criteria . It would be very helpful if you could tell us .
